Qualifications for the Government Scholarship of Azerbaijan

How Can I Apply for a Government Scholarship in Azerbaijan?
To be eligible for this scholarship, please adhere to the following guidelines:

(2) Include the necessary paperwork:
• Transcripts or diplomas from previous university or high school coursework.
• Passport copy;
• General health status document (containing HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C testing)
• A resume or CV
• A letter of motivation
• Evidence of proficiency in English (for foreign language programs: IELTS 5, TOEFL 40 for undergraduate programs, IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 50 for other programs)
Note: Every document needs to be notarized and translated into either Russian or English.
(3) The documents must be formally delivered to any Embassy or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the appropriate state bodies of your nation (Ministries, Embassies, etc.).
