2025 Université Paris-Saclay Scholarships (How to Apply)

International students can apply for fully financed master’s scholarships through the Université Paris-Saclay Scholarships 2025–2026. The UPSaclay scholarship is worth 10,000 euros annually. Additionally, depending on the candidate’s country of origin, a maximum of 1,000 euros may be granted for travel and visa costs.
The Université Paris-Saclay wants to make it easier for highly qualified foreign students to enroll in its university, especially those who want to start their own educational endeavors by pursuing studies up to the doctoral stage, and to expose international students to master’s (nationally certified) programs.
The scholarships are given to students participating in master’s programs at Université Paris-Saclay based on their academic merit.

• Courses Offered: With the exception of vocational training, all Master’s programs in all academic subjects for which Université Paris-Saclay has accreditation are available.
• Deadline: May 3, 2024;
• Training manager deadline for candidate selection: April 30, 2024
• The scholarship application deadline is May 3, 2024, following selection.
• May 07, 2024, is the deadline for receiving the two referees’ recommendations and ending the call; the results will be announced by the end of June 2024.
Scholarship Reports
The following advantages are offered to the recipient of a Université Paris-Saclay scholarship:
• The annual scholarship sum is 10,000€. During the academic year and for ten consecutive months (September to June), Université Paris-Saclay pays for it.
• Depending on where the candidate is from, a maximum of 1,000€ may also be granted for travel and visa costs.
•Only after arriving in France and enrolling in the program to which they were admitted will laureates get their scholarship and reimbursement for their travel costs.
Depending on the entry level (M1 or M2), these scholarships are given for one or two years, and students must earn the necessary amount of credits to move on to the following year level.

Qualifications for Scholarships at Université Paris-Saclay
The following criteria must be met in order for a candidate to be eligible for Université Paris-Saclay Scholarships:
English is a required language, and all nations worldwide are eligible.
Applicants who qualify:
• Students who have been accepted into a Master’s degree at Université Paris-Saclay and whose administrative enrollment institution is one of the following: ENS Paris-Saclay, AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UVSQ, UEVE, and Paris-Sud University. Only students who meet one of the following requirements may apply among these pupils:
- International students who arrived recently and were under 30 years old during the selection year.
• International students who have been in France for less than a year and who are participating in training programs or internships that do not result in certification.
• Foreign-born students enrolled in FFL language courses who have been in France for less than a year.
• Students who have previously resided in France as part of a mobility program that did not result in certification, such as Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees or exchange programs.
Candidates who have been or are currently enrolled in a French higher education institution throughout their studies are ineligible, with the exception of international students who are enrolled in a French higher education institution overseas.
• Those who have not pursued their education for more than two years in a row.
• Students who receive any other kind of scholarship for more than 650 euros per month.

How Do I Apply for Scholarships at Université Paris-Saclay?
To apply for this scholarship, please adhere to the guidelines below:
1. Create an account using this link, then complete your application on the university’s application platform.
2. Students who are accepted into a master’s program will automatically receive an email with a link to an online application.
Students who want to apply must fill out the online application form after receiving this email and supply (required) the names of two references who are willing to provide a reference for the candidate (internship coordinators, professors, etc.).
- A link to an online recommendation form will be emailed to each of the candidate’s two references. Before the scholarship call’s last day, they will need to fill out and submit the form.
As soon as each reference submits the form, the candidate will be automatically notified.
4. Once the two references have submitted their recommendation forms, the application will be deemed complete.No confirmation that the application is complete will be sent to the candidate.
It is the candidate’s duty to ensure that both references fill out the form and send it in by the due date specified in the email invitation.
Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be automatically disqualified.
