Winchester Scholarship Coverage Two categories of international scholarships exist:
Scholarships for international students: Through the Scholarships, tuition costs will be reduced by up to £1,000 year.
Master’s scholarship for international teaching: The scholarship is worth £1,000.
Qualifications for the Winchester International Scholarship
The candidate must meet each of the standards listed below in order to be eligible for the Winchester International Scholarship:
• English is the required language.
• All nations in the world are eligible.
• All international (non-EU) students wishing to enroll in a full-time undergraduate or graduate taught program at the university are eligible to apply for the International Students Scholarship.
•Eligible candidates must be enrolled in full-time undergraduate or taught postgraduate programs. Eligibility is not available to applicants for ELTSU programs, such as the International Foundation Program and the Certificate in English for International Students.
• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS IN ENGLISH
• An IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in the writing component, is required for undergraduate studies.
• A total score of 60 on the TOEFL iBT, with at least 18 in the writing component.
• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS IN ENGLISH For taught postgraduate studies:
• An IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in the writing component.
• A total score of 79 on the TOEFL iBT, with at least 18 in the writing component.
