The 2025 Bilkent University Scholarships for foreign students pursuing graduate studies in Turkey are now accepting applications.

Qualifications for Bilkent University International Scholarships in 2025:
The applicant must:
- have a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 for BSc graduates or MSC students at the time of application in order to be considered for the Bilkent University International Scholarships.
- If you are a Turkish national living in Turkey, you must have an ALES score of less than 55 (quantitative).
- If not, GRE A minimum score of 153 on the quantitative General Test is necessary. However, we encourage you to apply if you have a good background and are off by a little margin.
- IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 from each section), TOEFL IBT (at least 87), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
- People of all nationalities can apply.
Benefits of Scholarships at Bilkent University for 2025:
Tuition waivers or tuition waivers plus a monthly living allowance are two ways that financial aid is given. Included in the scholarship package are
- Waiver of tuition (620,000 TL annually during the 2024–2025 academic year)
(*) Given the student’s academic achievement, it may be granted as a partial exemption.
- A monthly compensation of 32,000 TL, which includes housing assistance
* Every year, more scholarships will be taken into consideration; private health insurance
- A laptop computer;
- A meal card;
- Assistance with travel (once a year, at a predetermined amount established annually) to scientific events
- The recipient of the award is expected to share the findings of the research for his or her thesis that is being conducted at UNAM, with one of the ways being UNAM’s travel assistance for the oral presentation at a reputable, well-known, peer-reviewed conference.

Candidates must be prepared to submit the following paperwork in order to apply:
- The Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) or GRE results must be submitted to the admissions office. Graduate schools in business administration require GMAT scores.)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English. The list of acceptable tests can be found on the websites of each graduate school.
- Official records.
- Suggestions from teachers or other experts who are qualified to assess students’ academic aptitude.
