The fully funded Fulbright Egyptian Student Program for 2025
This is a chance for Egyptian students who wish to study master’s degrees in the United States. The Fulbright Egyptian Student Program, its advantages, and the application process will all be covered in full in this post.
For Egyptian students, the Fulbright Egyptian Student Program 2025–2026 offers full funding. Students pursuing master’s degrees at US universities are eligible for this award. This scholarship covers university tuition, health benefits, a stipend, travel expenses, and other benefits.
The oldest and biggest Fulbright program in the Arab world is Egypt’s Binational Fulbright Commission, which was founded in 1949. It was established by a convention between the U.S. State Department and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Qualifications
The candidate must meet each of the standards listed below in order to be eligible for the Fulbright Egyptian Student Program:
English is the required language, and Egypt is one of the eligible nations. citizenship in Egypt. Those with U.S. passports and/or green cards are not eligible.
• During the application, selection, placement, and pre-departure phases, candidates must be residents of Egypt.
An undergraduate degree. “Good” is the minimum requirement for applicants in the social sciences, humanities, and American studies. “Very Good” is the minimum requirement for applicants in the sciences.
Evidence of proficiency in the English language. Only one of the following tests’ score reports must be submitted by applicants: (See the table of authorized test centers below.)
• The TOEFL ITP requires a minimum score of 550.
• Academic or General IELTS: minimum total score of 6.5 (no minimum score for each section);
• TOEFL iBT: minimum necessary scores of 80
• Applicants in the medical, veterinary, nursing, and dental sectors should be informed that clinical research and direct patient interaction are not permitted in master’s programs.
How Can I Apply for the Egyptian Fulbright Student Program?
(1) To begin your online application, you must first register for an account on the Fulbright website.
(2) You must include the following papers with your online application:
• Three recommendation letters; copies of all transcripts and certificates for all English-language postsecondary degrees
• A scanned copy of the original, legitimate national identification document;
• An English proficiency test
