Thailand SIIT Scholarships 2025 (Fully Funded)
International students can apply for fully financed master’s and doctorate scholarships at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) in 2025–2026. This scholarship includes a monthly living allowance of 10,000 baht in addition to full tuition and educational assistance fees.
The Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) are among the undergraduate and graduate degrees offered by Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). Chemical engineering (ChE), civil engineering (CE), computer engineering (CPE), digital engineering (DE), electrical engineering (EE), engineering management (EM), industrial engineering (IE), management technology (MT), and mechanical engineering (ME) are among the fields in which bachelor’s degrees are available.

Scholarship Reports
SIIT Scholarships offer the following advantages to the recipient:
• Complete tuition and costs for educational support (complete thesis assistance)
• A monthly living allowance of 10,000 baht
• Tickets for round-trip airfare in economy class Thailand’s direct route.
• Up to 10,000 Baht will be provided for airport taxes and the visa fee.
• Throughout the scholarship, health and accident insurance will be offered.
Qualifications for SIIT Scholarships
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for SIIT Scholarships:
English is the required language, and all nations worldwide are eligible.
- Do not possess Thai nationality or citizenship.
- Fulfill the requirements for the SIIT graduate program.

First Step: Required documents:
1. A statement of purpose (at least one page long)
2. A resume or curriculum vitae (CV)
3. A transcript that is current or official: * A transcript of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 is required for applications for master’s degrees.* Transcripts for both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees with a GPA of 3.50 are required for doctoral degree applications.
4. If applicable, a certificate of English proficiency test as follows:Either the TOEFL (PBT 400+ or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+, TU-GET 400+, or TOEIC 500+Note: Although there is no certificate of English proficiency test, the applicant may still apply online.
5.Passport or citizen ID card
6. A publication, research paper, or certifications (if any)
7. A recent photo (only in JPEG format, 1 x 1.5 inches)
