Eligibility Criteria for University of Calgary Scholarships for International Students
- For the candidate to be eligible for the University of Calgary Scholarship, they need to meet each of the requirements listed below:

• Eligible Nations: Every nation on EarthEvery year, the University of Calgary offers the Energizing Canada International Entrance Scholarship to one international student starting their first year in an undergraduate program. Renewable for the second, third, and fourth years at the University of Calgary, given that the recipients complete at least 24.00 units in the preceding fall and winter terms with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• Must be a graduate of a Chinese high school that is accredited, including those in Hong Kong and Macau• Preference to a student enrolling in the University of Calgary’s Bachelor of Arts-Urban Studies, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Health Sciences programs Scholarship for International Entrance
• Presented yearly to international undergraduate students who have met the university’s English Language Proficiency standard and will be starting their first year of any undergraduate degree in the forthcoming autumn term. Renewable in the second, third, and fourth years at the University of Calgary, given that the winners continue to pay the international differential tuition charge as an international student and attain a GPA of 2.60 or higher over a minimum of 24.00 units in the preceding fall and winter terms. - Academic merit; foreign students who must pay a differential fee and who are not citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada.

How Do I Apply for International Scholarships at the University of Calgary?
Kindly adhere to the below guidelines for applying to this scholarship:
(1) Apply to the university for your undergraduate program:
• You’re able to launch your application. Make sure you have a UCalgary eID first.
• To assist you with your application, refer to the application handbook.
• Complete the application process and pay the $145 application cost.
•We’ll notify you in your Calgary Student Center about the location and method of submitting any necessary paperwork based on your application. Go to the documents page to learn more.
(2) Fill out the scholarship application and proceed as directed:
- Go to your myUofC portal and access your Student Center.
2. Locate and click on the “My Financials” page in your Student Center.
3. Select “Apply for Undergraduate Awards” from the Awards & Scholarships section after scrolling down. Make sure popups are turned on. Should popups be blocked, the page won’t show up.4. Any open or recently closed applications will appear in a pop-up window on your screen. Please be mindful of the dates for the application deadline and availability.
