Qualifications for Scholarships at National Chiao Tung University
The candidate must meet each of the requirements listed below in order to be eligible for the NCTU Scholarship:

When applying for a master’s degree, students must have completed their bachelor’s degree or transcript (16 years of education).
Candidates must have a strong interest in studying or researching in Taiwan;
• Candidates must have an exceptional academic record;
• Candidates must have a master’s degree or transcript (18 years of education at the time of application for PhD degree applications);
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate their English proficiency (a letter of English proficiency from your previous institution will be accepted);
• Candidates must have extracurricular accomplishments, community engagement, social responsibility, and leadership skills.
