Qualifications for IMD MBA Scholarships

The candidate must meet each of the conditions listed below in order to be eligible for an IMD MBA Scholarship:

English is the required language, and all nations worldwide are eligible.

A bachelor’s degree or its comparable
Work Experience: To show your advancement in your career, we need at least three years of full-time, postgraduate work experience. In the class, the average age range is four to nine years.
Two Recommendations: use our form to select individuals from business-related sources who are familiar with you, have worked closely with you, and can emphasize your leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and professional accomplishments.
GMAT/GRE: the class’s average GMAT score is normally 680. We advise aiming for a score above 630, while your accomplishments and special experience can help offset a lower score (for an equivalent GRE score, see the GRE Comparison Tool). Please make sure that IMD is listed as the recipient of your score.
TOEFL/IELTS: English is used throughout the entire curriculum. You must submit your TOEFL or IELT results if English is not your first language and you have never studied in English before. A minimal requirement does not exist. Our ideal score is 7.5 on the IELTS or 105+ on the TOEFL (IBT). C301 is our TOEFL IBT code. • Second Language: As part of your global perspective, we seek for proficiency in a second language, which may be your mother tongue, in addition to English.

How Can I Apply for MBA Scholarships at IMD?

To apply for IMD MBA Scholarships, please adhere to the following guidelines:
(1) To create an account for the online application, click this link.
(2) Add the following files to the upload:
• Transcripts and degrees
copies of authentic transcripts and original diplomas for every university degree or its equivalent, together with the grading system. All documents must have official translations into either French or English.
• GMAT/GRE
A score from the GMAT or GRE that is less than five years old.
You will need to order an official score report for IMD and upload a copy of your test results. Our GRE code is 8490, and our GMAT code is SKR-MM-13.

The English Language Proficiency Test

A score from the TOEFL or IELTS that is less than five years old (for non-native English speakers without a fully English-taught university degree).

You will need to order an official score report for IMD and upload a copy of your test results. C301 is our TOEFL IBT code.

Suggestions

Two business-related references who can attest to your leadership, teamwork, interpersonal abilities, and professional accomplishments.

CV
A one-page English resume created with the IMD CV template, which is available for download here. We won’t accept other formats.
Photo An electronic photo in the style of a professional one without any surrounding scenery. JPEG format, high quality setting, size of 150KB, and at least 150 DPI.
Passport A photo page copy of your passport that is good for the whole MBA year. Please attach a copy of each of your nationalities if you have more than one.
Application charge A mandatory CHF 200 application charge is required.
