The following advantages are offered to recipients of Dalarna University Scholarships:
• The scholarships directly reduce tuition costs, covering anywhere from 10% to 50% of the entire cost. Over the course of your study, the amount you are given is automatically subtracted in predetermined amounts each semester.
Note: Only fee-paying students are eligible for the partial scholarships. Dalarna University charges between 43.500 and 70.000 SEK for 30 credits of full-time study in one semester.
Qualifications for Dalarna University Scholarships
To be eligible for the Dalarna University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
English is one of the required languages.
• All nations in the world are eligible.
• You graduated from an internationally renowned university with a bachelor’s degree or above, which is equal to a Swedish bachelor’s degree.
• An international test like the TOEFL or IELTS, which require a minimum score of 90 on the IBT or 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0 on the IELTS, is usually used to establish your English proficiency.
How Can I Apply for a Scholarship at Dalarna University?
To be eligible for this scholarship, please adhere to the following application guidelines:
(1) To apply for the scholarship, complete the application and attach the required files:
• A resume, uploaded to your account for university admissions.
• A letter of recommendation posted to your University Admissions account from a teacher or employer.
A video in which you defend your eligibility for a scholarship: You must provide a justification for your eligibility for a Dalarna University scholarship in the video, which should not exceed 60 seconds. In order for the scholarship committee to access this video, you will need to post it to a website or cloud storage. Where appropriate, include the video’s link in your scholarship application. With just the given link, the scholarship committee must be able to watch the video. The video should not be sent straight to Dalarna University.
