Brilliant Nigerian Lady earns bachelors degree in Accounting at Redeemers University, celebrates achievement
AFRICA | A bright Nigerian woman celebrates her accomplishment after graduating from Redeemers University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Oluwasikemi Apata, a talented Nigerian woman, graduated with a degree in accounting from Redeemer’s University in South West Nigeria.

Oluwasikemi had an impressive 4.47 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) upon graduation. She acknowledged that she is pleased of her performance even if her grade was barely short of first-class honors in a LinkedIn post celebrating her accomplishment.
She emphasized that the accomplishment represents the culmination of countless hours of intense study, unwavering dedication, and steadfast perseverance.
Oluwasikemi described the academic journey as a testament to her passion and commitment to the field of Accounting. ”My friends often refer to me as the “scholar,” a title I embrace with great pride, as it reflects my deep engagement with my studies and my relentless drive for academic excellence,” she said.
Oluwasikemi noted that while a CGPA between 3.50 and 4.49 falls under the same classification, the depth of knowledge and effort behind each number can vary greatly. She highlighted that each grade point represents a journey of hard work and dedication.
Oluwasikemi views each grade point as a testament to the difficulties she encountered and the perseverance required to achieve. She was thankful and hopeful about the future as she reflected over her academic career.
She claimed that her years of education were a life-changing event that gave her important insights on the value of setting high goals, resiliency, and tenacity. “Every obstacle I’ve overcome and every accomplishment I’ve made has helped me grow both personally and professionally,” she said.
