Qualifications for the BI Presidential Scholarships
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for BI Presidential Scholarships:
English is a required language, and all nations worldwide are eligible.
• Students who apply for and are accepted into a Master of Science degree and have an ECTS GPA of A or a comparable top-level grade on international grade schemes.
• Third-year students participating in BI’s Siviløkonom program are eligible to apply.
•All Master of Science program applicants are eligible to apply for the BI Presidential Scholarship.
• Note: This grant will only be awarded to applicants accepted into a Master of Science program starting in the fall of 2022.

How can I apply for the Presidential Scholarships offered by BI?
To apply for BI Presidential Scholarships, please take the actions listed below:

Notes:
• There are particular prerequisites for each program. Visit their website here.
• A personal financial plan is required of all foreign candidates. The financial plan provides a broad outline of how you plan to pay for living expenses and your degree. To obtain the financial plan template, kindly click the link.
• Only foreign applicants who qualify for a standard student loan from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund may submit an application for the BI Presidential Scholarship. You are not eligible for a living expense stipend. Although you may submit several applications, each student will only receive one scholarship from the BI Presidential Scholarship.
Scholarships are not awarded to applicants who already hold a master’s degree.
•The language waiver application form must be downloaded, filled out, and uploaded to your application in order to be eligible for an English test waiver.
