Full scholarships are offered through the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program in collaboration with the American University of Beirut (AUB).
The goal of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program is to equip youth to be change agents in their local communities, nations, and areas. In addition to the courses required for their degrees, scholars participate in a number of workshops, classes, and fieldwork.
Online Graduate Scholarship
The scholarship program is open to the following five online graduate programs:
- Master’s in Engineering Management(Online)
- Master’s in Computing in Education(Online)
- Master’s in Business Administration (Online)
- Master in Master in Nursing Administration and Management(online)
- Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership (Online)

Mastercard Scholarship at American University of Beirut Conditions:
Applicants must be citizens of African nations in order to be eligible for the American University of Beirut Mastercard Scholarship.
• Strong academic status from the prior degree;
• Talent that surpasses financial means
• Be 35 years of age or younger;
• Demonstrate Readiness for University Studies in English (RUSE) by June 20, 2025;
• Have strong leadership qualities;
• Be dedicated to attending all additional learning experiences and workshops required by the Scholars Program; and
• Be dedicated to giving back to the community, nation, and region.
You can submit the TOEFL IBT, DUOLINGO English Test (DET), GRE (Verbal), GMAT (Verbal), or IELTS (Academic).
Duration and Benefits of the 2025 AUB Mastercard Scholarship
• The whole scholarship covers living expenses, tuition, books, a laptop, airfare, a visa, and health insurance.In addition to the courses required for their degrees, scholars participate in a number of workshops, classes, and fieldwork.
How to Apply for the AUB Mastercard Scholarship in 2025 (Step by Step)
Interested candidates should do the following to apply for the 2025 AUB Mastercard Scholarship:
• Step 1: Fill out an online graduate application from AUB and submit all necessary supporting documentation by the due date.
• Step 2: In the Financial Opportunities area of the online graduate application, choose the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program.
- Step 3: After submitting your Graduate Admission Application, you have one to three working days to complete the AUB Financial Aid Application.
•Once the financial assistance application has been activated, the financial aid office will automatically send you an email within one to three days explaining your access rights.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for an application to be deemed complete, candidates need to submit their RUSE results, do the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program survey, and complete the AUB online graduate application.
