A young woman who sells food to pay for her college studies eventually receives a first-class
After working as a street vendor to raise money for her studies, Priscilla Akwagu, a tenacious young woman, became one of the top graduates of the University of studies Winneba, Ghana, in 2021.
Regardless of her current situation, Priscilla Akwagu, who earned a bachelor’s degree in education, made education a top priority in her life. “You stand out when you can switch between hustling and slaying when needed,” she remarked on Facebook.
Adom Ara Kwa, a male, shared her tale on social media, saying that they had the opportunity to make her smile for accomplishing such a remarkable achievement. He posted on Facebook, “Today, we had the chance to put a smile on the face of a super woman who defied the odds to graduate with a first class honors from the University of Education.”
He claims that during her four years at the University of Education, Priscilla sold bofrot, a traditional African delicacy composed of fried dough. She received a first-class degree and graduated with honors, making her one of the top graduating students.
In response to her story, which has served as an inspiration to many people worldwide, Priscilla said she was astounded by the congratulations and words of support she got following her graduation. She mentioned that it will motivate her to put in more effort and improve herself.
Another heartwarming tale is that of Solace Ojotule, a young Nigerian woman who overcame great adversity to secure the Mastercard Scholarship to study in the United Kingdom. Her mother was left behind by her family following the death of her father.
According to Solace Ojutule, her father passed away when she was four years old, and the paternal relatives grabbed all of her father’s belongings right away because her mother had no male children.
