Melinda Seyram Njibiche, a young African woman, has been accepted to Harvard University in the United States to pursue a master’s degree.
Melinda, a native of Ghana, West Africa, was accepted to the esteemed Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to pursue a Master of Education (ED.M.). She shared her success of getting admitted after a foundation year on Linkedin.
At the University of Ghana, where she started her undergraduate studies, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater and Drama in Education. Melinda went on to the University of Education, Winneba in Ghana to obtain a postgraduate diploma in education.

Melinda continued her studies at Harvard University of Education, where she took a foundation course. She was admitted to the university’s graduate program after finishing her foundational coursework.
Global, International, and Comparative Education will be the focus of her Master of Education in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship program, she said.
The three-month foundation classes, according to her, had a significant influence. Melinda expressed her gratitude to the group of people that helped make the achievement possible.
Melinda thanked her Leader at the Glimmer of Hope Foundation, where they put in a lot of effort to help kids who can’t afford school. She claimed that the advice from her leader was priceless.
She also valued her University of Ghana lecturer, who consistently pushed her to pursue success after earning her undergraduate degree.
She expressed gratitude to the Chief of Party at USAID/Ghana Partnership for Education, stating that she is still inspired by her commitment to education, her love of learning, and her enthusiasm for female leadership.
Melinda expressed gratitude to her friends, family, and the community for helping her reach this academic milestone. She expressed her excitement for the upcoming phase.
