Adewale recounted that he had never received an award in his life and that his only wish was to pass all of his professional tests at once.
He told Tribune, “I hoped that I would pass all the stages of the examination at once.”
Following his certification as a chartered accountant, Adewale now hopes to attend Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), located in South West Nigeria, to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with First Class Honors. To realize his aim, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria (ICAN) granted him a Full Scholarship.

ICAN President Mrs. Comfort Olu Eyitayo celebrated Adewale’s accomplishment, saying it was something no one ever thought was possible.
Since no one ever thought this could be accomplished, he needs to be shown off to the world. This is the first instance of it occurring.
“He broke the institute’s glass ceiling.” No one in Nigeria has achieved this feat as of yet. He is an exceptional and vibrant young man, which is why we are celebrating him,” she remarked.
