A bright African man obtains an internship with a leading AI company and achieves a degree in Biochemistry and Data Science with honors.
At the University of Ibadan (UI) in Nigeria, a bright Nigerian named Bashirudeen Opeyemi obtained both a bachelor’s degree and a certificate in data science.
While attending the University of Ibadan, Opeyemi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BPharm) degree and also obtained a credential as a Data Scientist.
To commemorate his accomplishment, he posted on his LinkedIn page that he is prepared to embrace the journey of becoming a pharmacist and data scientist. He expressed his excitement about combining two of his loves.

According to Opeyemi, striking a balance between the pursuit of excellence in both professions has been difficult, but he has fully embraced the task. He listed hackathons, freelancing, and studying for pharmacy examinations at night as some of the challenges he encountered.
On his induction day, he reported that he had been accepted to work as an intern at Data Science Nigeria (DSNai). After completing two tests and interviews, Opeyemi expressed his excitement at being accepted at last.
He conveyed his appreciation to everyone who has influenced his path throughout the years, both directly and indirectly. According to Opeyemi, their direction and encouragement have been crucial in helping him advance.
He said that he is happy about the countless opportunities that lay ahead and that he is embracing his roles as a data scientist, innovator, problem solver, and pharmacist.
According to Opeyemi, he is excited to take advantage of every chance, rise to the difficulties, and give both data science and pharmacy his all because they present remarkable chances to make a significant difference and spur revolutionary change.
