Fully Funded Turkey Government YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship 2025

International students from all IsDB Member Countries worldwide are eligible to apply for fully financed scholarships under the Turkey Government’s YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program.

The purpose of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Scholarship is to provide undergraduate or graduate education and training to young Muslim students from Muslim communities in non-Muslim communities who are academically deserving but financially disadvantaged.

Full tuition, $4,800 annual living stipends, travel expenses to and from the applicant’s home country, lodging, medical expenses, language instruction, and other training programs are all covered by the YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship.

Details of the Turkey Government’s YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship Program:

The ISDB-Türkiye Joint Scholarship Program provides financial aid for overseas students to study in Turkey from all IsDB Member Countries and Muslim communities worldwide.

Scholarships from YTB and lsDB are available to scholars and students from lsDB member nations so they can attend the most esteemed colleges in Turkey. This collaborative effort demonstrates our continued dedication to fostering the development of human capital.

Interested candidates should apply online at the Türkiye Scholarships website. Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Russian, Bosnian, Persian, and Spanish are the eight languages in which applications may be submitted.

Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in a variety of science and technology fields are eligible for scholarships. Selected applicants will receive full scholarships and entrance to universities.

Qualifications for the 2025 Turkey IsDB/YTB Scholarships:

Applicants must be able to fulfill the following qualifying requirements in order to be considered for the Islamic Development Bank IsDB/YTB Scholarships:

  • Require financial support, or else the study may have to end.
  • Not a close relative of an IsDB employee by blood or adoption, where “close relative” is defined as a mother, father, sister, half-sister, brother, half-brother, son, daughter, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew;
  • Not an Executive Director, his/her alternate, or employees in any kind of appointment (including temporary and consultant) of the IsDB Group;
  • Attained good results in main science topics after completing senior secondary school, which is equivalent to around 12 years of schooling.
  • As appropriate, presented proof of linguistic competency in the university’s medium of instruction. A document or certificate attesting to the language competency is required, such as a recognized language certificate for English, like the TOEFL or IELTS, or a passing score on the necessary level test administered by the British Council or an analogous system in French or another language.
  • If any documents were originally in a different language, they were confirmed to be translated into either English or French.
  • Have good health and be prepared to have a medical examination following selection.
  • It is preferable if they have been accepted into a reputable college or university in their native country in one of the program’s disciplines;
  • They do not reside outside of their home country.
  • Not receiving any other scholarships at the time of application or while enrolled in classes.
