Completely Funded 2025 Pan African University Scholarship (PAU) Program
A request for the 2025 Pan African University Scholarship Programs has been issued by the African Union.
Tuition, housing, living expenses, travel expenses, and the price of books and research are all covered by the PAU Scholarships.
The goal of the Pan African University (PAU) Scholarship Program, a premier continental university network, is to offer top-notch postgraduate education with an eye toward achieving an Africa that is affluent, integrated, and peaceful.

Applications are being accepted for Masters or PhD degree programs at any of the four PAU institutions listed below from young, creative, enterprising individuals from African nations and the African Diaspora.

- Type: Masters Scholarships, Ph.D. Scholarships, Postgraduate Scholarships
- All African nations are eligible.
- Benefits include a full scholarship, living expenses, travel expenses, and lodging.

Details of the Pan African University Scholarship Program:
The African Union’s heads of state and government launched the Pan African University.
Applications are especially encouraged from those who have talent, are driven, and aspire to take on transformative leadership roles as professionals, academics, industrialists, innovators, or entrepreneurs.
PAU Scholarship Requirements for 2025:
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria in order to be considered for the PAU Scholarship 2025:
Qualifications for the PAU Masters Scholarship
- Applicants must be at least 30 years old for men and 35 years old for women; have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field from an accredited university with at least a second class upper division or its equivalent; and have certified copies of all pertinent transcripts and certificates (from high school and university).
- A passport or national identification card with a personal information page;
- A passport-sized, clear, colorful photo (2 cm by 2 cm)
- Names of three reference university teachers (along with their email address and WhatsApp number)
- A detailed curriculum vitae
- A recommendation letter from ONE of their former university instructors (*Mandatory)
For PhD Scholarships at PAU Eligibility
- A Master’s degree in a related discipline from PAU or any other globally recognized university;
- A maximum age of 35 for male applicants and 40 for female applicants;
- Verified copies of pertinent transcripts and certificates
- A clear, colorful passport-sized photo (2 cm x 2 cm);
- A passport or national identification card (personal details page);
- Comprehensive resume;
Letters of recommendation from two professors;
- Three Reference University Teachers’ names (along with their email address and WhatsApp number);
- A three to four page Research Concept Note (tentative title, research questions, objectives, significance of the research, etc.); (Mandatory);
Duration and Benefits of the Pan African University Scholarship
For the course of the program, the PAU provides full scholarships that cover tuition, living expenses, and travel costs.
