Abe Anthonis, a bright Nigerian woman, graduated as the Overall Best Student of the 2022–2023 academic year at Adekunle Ajasin University in Ondo State, Nigeria.
With an outstanding CGPA of 4.82, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Language.
Anthonia shared her accomplishment on LinkedIn, reflecting on the amazing journey of faith, perseverance, and personal development that brought her to this significant milestone. Anthonis attributed her accomplishment to God’s faithfulness as well as the steadfast assistance of her family, friends, and mentors.
She described how her roommates in her first year encouraged her to strive for academic success, an attitude that got her through sleepless nights, self-doubt episodes, and the sacrifices necessary to succeed.
Her path was everything but typical. She managed two enterprises in addition to her studies: a hair salon and nail salon in her first and second years, and a networking and freelance group called Faith Heroic Generation in her third and fourth years.
She managed these obligations while also serving as an executive in her campus fellowship and planning tutorials for her junior classmates and peers, which helped her develop her resilience, self-discipline, and prioritization abilities.
She characterized her undergraduate experience as one that was full of setbacks and victories, leading to her noteworthy accomplishment. She underlined the value of having great dreams and never restricting oneself after reflecting on her experiences.
There is no limit to what we can accomplish if we have confidence in God, work hard, and persevere. “Here’s to fresh starts and even bigger goals,” she exclaimed.
Anthonia thanked her parents, siblings, family, friends, level adviser, project supervisor, and lecturers from the bottom of her heart, recognizing their sacrifices, love, and support as crucial to her achievement.
