Qualifications for the 2025 Hamad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, you need to:
- Students can apply from anywhere in the world, regardless of their nationality.
- To apply, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree certificate. (For PhD and Master’s Programs)
- Final-year undergraduate degree program students may also submit an application for admission.
- There are no restrictions on age.
Hamad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship offered by Hamad Bin Khalifa University is fully funded. After you are accepted into the program, you will get the funding.
- A monthly stipend of QAR 5,000 including lodging and a return ticket each year (MS).
- A Ph.D. stipend of QAR 7,500 per month plus housing and a return ticket per year.
- Married students are given access to family accommodations.
- Financial loans and merit-based scholarships are available to undergraduate students.

On a competitive basis, HBKU institutions offer partial scholarships or tuition waivers. Prior to acceptance, award letters are given out, and recipients must sign a scholarship agreement.
The offer will be deemed rejected if the signed scholarship agreement is not sent in to the appropriate college committee. As a result, the full cost of tuition will be charged to the student.
