Complete Scholarship:
• Not required to pay for registration, tuition, on-campus housing, lab fees, internships, or basic course supplies.
• The annual cost of comprehensive insurance in China is CNY800 per student.
• Living allowance (10-month): CNY 1400 for a bachelor’s degree, CNY 1700 for a master’s degree, and CNY 2000 for a doctorate.
• New students must pay a one-time fee of CNY 800 per student.
Scholarship:
Partially Undergraduate: CNY 20,000 per student every year.
• Master: CNY 30,000 for each student annually.
• PH.D.: CNY 38,000 per year each student.
Qualifications for the Government Scholarship in Tianjin
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the Tianjin Government Scholarship:

How Can I Apply for a Government Scholarship in Tianjin?
To apply for a Tianjin Government Scholarship, please take the crucial actions listed below:
(1) In order to apply for the program and scholarship, the applicant must prepare the following document:

• The highest diploma, translated into either Chinese or English, must be attached.
• Chinese or English translations of official transcripts must be included.
• A personal statement in either Chinese or English that includes a study or research plan, background, financial status, and personal strengths, among other things (no fewer than 800 words for master’s and doctoral degree applications, and no less than 300 words for bachelor’s degree applications).
- Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors, written in either Chinese or English. One recommendation letter should be included with a bachelor’s degree application.
• Candidates must possess HSK level 4 or higher in order to be considered for the Chinese teaching discipline. Before starting their major studies, students who have not attained the necessary HSK 4 level or who do not speak Chinese can apply for two months or a year of scholarship-funded remedial Chinese language instruction. Candidates for the English teaching program whose first language is not English should submit TOEFL (above 87) or IELTS (above 6.0) results. - A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, completed in English and printed by the Chinese Quarantine Authority, is needed only for students whose studies in China extend more than six months. Every item on the Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be covered by the medical examinations. Records that are incomplete, without the attending physician’s signature, the hospital’s official stamp, or a sealed (stamped) photo of the applicants are not accepted. The results of the medical check are good for six months. We respectfully ask that all applicants take this into account when deciding when to schedule their medical examination.
• A passport photocopy. - A copy of the receipt for the application fee. The application cost is CNY600 (US$100) for graduate study and CNY400 (US$75) for undergraduate education.
