Qualifications for the Scholarship at Zhejiang Normal University
The candidate must meet each of the requirements listed below in order to be eligible for the Zhejiang Normal University Scholarship:
• All nations worldwide are eligible; English or Chinese is the required language.
Undergraduate applicants must be under 30 years old and have a high school diploma; postgraduate applicants must be under 35 years old, have a bachelor’s degree certificate, and have two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors.
Candidates for doctoral programs must be under 40, possess a Master’s degree, and have two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors.
• Candidates should adhere to rules and regulations;
• Candidates should be amiable and healthy with foreign nationality and passports.
• HSK credentials or other Chinese language competence credentials should be submitted by applicants for programs taught in Chinese. Candidates for English-taught programs should submit their IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, or other English language competency scores.

How Can I Apply for a Scholarship at Zhejiang Normal University?
To apply for the Zhejiang Normal University Scholarship, please adhere to the following guidelines:
(1) Go to the university’s website and apply for Zhejiang Normal University first.
(2) Use the online application system to upload the scanned copies of the necessary documents in the manner described below:A photocopy of the photo page from the passport.
• The English-completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form (download here). Every item on the Foreigner Physical Examination Form must be covered in the physical examinations. Records that are incomplete, lack the attending physician’s signature, the hospital’s official stamp, or a sealed photo of the applicant are not accepted.
A photocopy of a valid passport is required of successful applicants; the passport must match the one used to apply for the program.
• Verification of your previous school or local department, notarized highest education degrees obtained, proof of studies, and transcripts (which must be translated into Chinese or English).

• Two reference letters from your instructors
(3) ZJNU is in charge of examining applicants’ qualifications and choosing those who satisfy our requirements based on the selection process.
(4) Students must pay a registration fee of 400 yuan, or 70 dollars, if they are accepted.
(5) The JW 202 Form and the Admission Notice are among the documents that will be posted.
