Ronald McCullough, a remarkable 19-year-old genius boy, earned a bachelor’s degree from Clark Atlanta University in two years as opposed to the customary four.
After graduating from Atlanta’s Maynard Jackson High School at the young age of 15, Ronald McCullough enrolled in Clark Atlanta University at the age of 16. His parents saw his genius-level intelligence early on, he said Fox News.
Ronald graduated from high school early because he performed so well in science and math that he had to skip the second grade. He claimed that until he produced his driver’s license, his college pals did not think he was somewhat younger than them.
He noted that because of his exceptional comprehension and memory of extremely complicated things, some have called him a genius. However, Ronald stated that he does not see himself as a genius.
“I don’t think of myself as a genius; I was put in a situation that allowed my passion for learning to blossom. I had a lot of expectations, and there wasn’t much space for disappointment,” he remarked.

Ronald is one of 200 students enrolled in Clark Atlanta University’s Isabella T. Jenkins Honors and Scholars Program. With the aim of developing and promoting intellectual independence and motivating the pursuit of academic excellence, the program offers students the best possible educational experience.
According to Teri Platt, the program’s president, Ronald is one of the university’s top students and a person of excellent character overall. He also symbolizes black excellence in all of its forms.

“Ronald is the greatest and brightest of all of us at CAU. He is a true representation of black greatness in all of its forms. Teri Platt stated. In addition to his intelligence, he also possesses impeccable morals. Despite his infectious ambition and energy, he maintains his groundedness,” she continued.
Ronald attributes his achievements at a young age to his consistent practice of doing what is expected of him and cultivating the habit of making the right choices.“I just wake up in the morning and do the right thing. Just by doing what I believe is the right thing for my future, I’ve been rewarded greatly,” he said. Ronald said Post-graduate engineering programs are heavily recruiting him, including North Carolina A&T State University and the University of Hawaii. He added that he plans to enroll in the biological and agricultural engineering program at North Carolina A&T State University as he wants to become an Astronaut in the future.
